High School Model Security Council

The Political Science/Criminal Justice Department and the International Relations Association of Appalachian State University are sponsoring Model Security Council Conference on the Appalachian State University campus. This program is a way of getting students involved in and aware of the various international events that are affecting the interests and well-being of the United States as we move into the new millennium.

A
registration fee of $25.00 for the first delegation and $10 for each additional
delegation is required with the return of the attached application form (if
paying by check, make it payable to International Relations Association,
address below).
There
also is a fee of $6.00 per delegate to help defray the expenses of the
conference that will be paid on the day of the conference.
Schools
have a better chance of being assigned their first choice for delegation assignments
if their applications are received by Febuary 22, 2008. However, applications
will be accepted until April 11, 2008.
